Strong internal brands help organizations garner employees’ attention and better engage them in their programs.

In this session, Bridget O’Meara, VP and Senior Consultant at Segal Benz, and Dana Shay, Director of Global Benefits at AMD, will discuss how they led the implementation of a new global Total Rewards brand, tightly aligned with their external brand, across 35+ countries and 30,000 employees.
