Organizations need to consider the diverse populations within their organization and develop a communications strategy that helps reach the right people, at the right time, in the right way. For many organizations, this has meant moving in-person events and conversations online. In this session, you’ll learn how the State of Rhode Island successfully changed from traditional benefits fairs to a virtual hub to promote their benefits and educate employees about their plans.
