## Catharine Hamrick

### VP Senior Consultant

Catharine Hamrick is a Vice President, Senior Consultant at Segal Benz. She has been an HR communications professional for more than a decade, sharing her expertise with some of our largest clients, including DuPont, Honeywell, Equity-League Benefit Funds, and the Mid-America Carpenters Regional Council.

Catharine has presented at The Conference Board Webinar (*Benefits Communication in 2022: Changing Your Strategy to Reach All Your Employees*), Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities—HR Conference (*The Importance of Gathering Employee Feedback: The Remesh Experience*), and the EACUBO Workshop (*The Importance of Employee Input on Your Institution’s Total Rewards Offering*).

Before Catharine narrowed her focus to benefits communications, she spent more than 15 years in general communications—five years at a nonprofit and 10 years at the American Medical Association, capping her career there as Vice President of Integrated Brand Marketing.
