Jenny Schuster is a Senior Vice President and Communications Practice Leader at Segal Benz. She has 25 years of experience in strategic communications planning and execution and has led award-winning total rewards, health, and financial benefits communication initiatives. She’s an expert at engaging employees in change at all levels and partners with some of Segal Benz’s largest clients across multiple industries. Jenny is also an experienced and empathetic team leader and people manager.

Jenny has presented at several HR and benefits conferences, including CUPA-HR, IFEBP, CALPELRA, and SALGBA.

Prior to joining Segal Benz, Jenny was the Director of Internal Communications for Level 3 Communications, where she led the team responsible for the organization’s employee engagement and communications strategy. She has also worked in consulting roles with Buck Consultants and Mercer.
